Please note: Any learner achievements/progress gained for the current month only (reassessment: TABE, OR CASAS, went up a level, enrolled in ABE classes, completed a GED test; read a book or newspaper, read to children or helped with their homework, finished a textbook, attended school related meetings or classes, wrote to family or friends, wrote a story or poem, read and used recipe, read and understood directions for appliances, read product label and safety warnings, help-wanted ads, filled out an application, medical or other form; used written information on the job, used a public agency or library, became a citizen, is more cofident speaking English, etc.) need to be reported.
