Dear Tutors, Welcome to our program and thank you for your time and energy as you change the lives of others with your generosity! Because LVDAC needs grants and contributions to survive, we must keep statistics to prove our success with learners. You are an important part of the statistic-gathering process. Be sure to provide us with monthly time logs, plus attendance/progress sheets for your learners. They can be printed from the links above, and mailed or given to Paula in the QLC office. Thank you. |
